New Hope has always opened it's doors to the Proctorville and Rome community and we consider our new space a community resource. In addition to church-wide dinners and fellowship opportunities, our church is a place for community events and gatherings.

The new building addition include a new kitchen, new class rooms, rest rooms, a youth center, a large fellowship hall and much more.

LATEST FAMILY LIFE CENTER NEWS
The new Family Life Center is finished. We moved in on the 24th of December. The 2nd Service which begins at 11:30AM has already moved in. Come early and have some coffee and snacks and look around. We plan to move into the Youth Center very soon. God has provided this beautiful facility for your use and enjoyment. Come visit with us!
Building Timeline:
- Jan - April 2008: Capital Campaign (Completed)
- April-June 200/: Planning Committees Meets
- June 2008: Architectural Completion/Permit Applications
- July 2008: Obtain financing proposals (Completed)
- August 2008: Contractor Selections (General contractor: Completed)
- August 2008: Order Building (Phase I Superstructure: Completed)
- November 16, 2008: Ground breaking ceremony
- December 2008: Building permits approved
- January 5, 2009: Site Preparation begins
- March 2009: Construction Begins
- November 2009: Building Completed
We have a devoted group of people who have brought us to this point by serving on the original Building Committee. Many other people were involved as the project evolved and it took everone at New Hope to make it a reality. Praise God!
